President’s List

Criteria –The student must complete at least 12 semester credit hours and have a cumulative GPA of 4.0 in order to qualify for the President list.

Dean’s List

Criteria- The student must complete at least 12 semester credit hours and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 to 3.99 in order to qualify for the Dean list.

*If the student falls within the top 5% of the student body with the highest cumulative GPA he/she will qualify to get $150.00 taken off of his/her tuition.

*The student may qualify for reward every semester if he/she continues to make the top 5% of the student body for.

Schedules

Who is responsible for making a student schedule?

The student schedule is made by the Chairperson of the particular program.  When the student meets with his/her Chairperson the schedule is to be made for the entire academic year.

When are they mailed?

The students schedule is mailed two weeks prior to the start of the term.

*Students should first make an appointment to see a financial aid specialist to determine how much credit hours they are approve for, for that semester.

*Students should then meet with their Chairperson to determine what they need to take for the semester and create a physical schedule.

Tutorial Services

Tutorial services are offered to all of our students who are seeking help with classes.  Services are offered every term for a total of two hours per week.
